We know the green coffee world can be secretive and mysterious. Well, we're not. We don't do scaled pricing or any of the other things 'traditional' importers do. We're not a corporation with overlords, we're just trying to do the right thing by producers and roasters alike. 

So this shop is here to offer a simple way to buy green coffee. However, to avoid any potential issues, we're offering a Sample Box. This will give you the opportunity to taste the coffees. The samples box can also be used for brewing, so it can be a taster for anyone, roaster or not.

The sample box provides the opportunity to taste a selection of the coffees on offer. The cost of the samples box covers the shipping, cost of product and also the handling and packaging time on our end. Please select SAMPLE BOX option for shipping when checking out, as this will be sent via Australia Post.

 When you place an order, we will send it with our freight provider who we have worked with for over 8 years. This is why we can provide a flat rate for delivery.

However, because we are dealing with heavy goods, we ask that you ensure you put in the notes on your order, any additional necessities; for example a tailgate at delivery, hand unload (no forklift on site) or specific pallet positioning for safe unload. 

We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but we can only do that if we are informed of special delivery requests. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped as usual on a pallet or half pallet.
